Mandurah Ski & Kayak Club is WA’s most recently founded paddling club located beside the picturesque Doddi’s Beach in Halls Head Mandurah.
Our club house is part of the Halls Head Community and Sports Facility and is proudly supported by the City of Mandurah.
We’re perfect for paddling
Our facilities include lockable craft storage, hose-down structure, shared toilet and large parking area.
For downwind paddling we have an Alcoa Sponsored Trailer that can safely transport craft to locations around WA.

The phenomenal waterways we have at our disposal in Mandurah, creates a gateway to the sport of paddling. From downwind paddling, riding the waves off Seashells to following the dolphins through the canals and estuary.

New to paddling?
Don’t despair come down to the club and we will happily show you the ropes and how you too can enjoy this great sport and recreation. We have all the gear. You’ll might event get to meet some of the friendly local dolphins.
Join the adventure. We have everything you need to come and try, or stay and play, with a stable double ski that is available to all club members.
Who can join?
You can. All of you. Families and single memberships welcome. Paddling suits everyone of all ages and ability from 8 – 88!
Your kayak does not have an expiration date.
What makes us awesome
We do! Our people! We are an inclusive club, catering for both ski and kayak paddlers, with elite paddlers who can assist with both ocean ski and K1 paddling. With a strong contingent of experienced paddlers within our founding members and a five-person Committee we are dedicated to serving the interests of the club and its members.

Regular social paddles
Saturday morning’s 1hr social paddle – leaving the club at 7.30am in summer season.
This is a great way to meet our members and get comfortable out on the water.
Regular training
Downwind training is a regular occurrence depending on the wind.

Mandurah Cut Run
“The best downwind short course in Australia”
The famous 13km “Mandurah Cut Run” from the Dawesville Cut to Doddies Beach. Our annual race is considered by many as the best downwind short course in Australia.
Run in early November it forms part of the AORS national competition.
