6. Special Resolutions
6.1. Special Resolution: Constitution Replacement
Motion: That the existing Constitution (Rules) of Paddle Western Australia Inc. be repealed in its entirety and replaced with the new Constitution (Rules) attached to this notice, to take effect from the date the alteration is registered by Consumer Protection Western Australia.
Members will be invited to discuss the proposed Constitution prior to voting on the Special Resolution.
6.2 Special Resolution: Election of Life Member
Motion: That Zlatan Ibrahimbegovic be elected as a Life Member of Paddle Western Australia Inc. in recognition of his outstanding and distinguished service to the sport of paddling.
Voting on this resolution will be conducted by secret ballot in accordance with the Paddle WA Inc. Constitution.
7. Election of Directors
Declaration of two (2) vacant positions.
Election via secret ballot in accordance with the Paddle WA Inc. Constitution.

Paddle WA 2026 Awards will follow the Annual General Meeting. Awards to be announced include:

- Contribution to Sport Award
- Club Coach of the Year
