2026 WWR #1 & WWR #2 Buoys Race

The Buoys Race is the first race of the 2026 Wildwater WA Season Series.
Starting at Ascot Kayak Club jetty, paddlers complete a circuit course, finishing back at their starting point.
This is a flatwater obstacle course, designed to test paddlers’ ability to manoeuvre the kayak around obstacles of flotation buoys and trees.
Choose from a 200m Sprint Course or a 2km Classic Course (circuit).
This is a great opportunity for new paddlers to test their boat handling ability before entering races with greater water flow later in the season.
