Get ready for the 2025 Avon Descent with the 2025 competency course.
Meeting at Walyunga lower car park at 9am on Saturday 2 August 2025
This will be 2 – 3 hours session to cover necessary competencies listed by the Avon Descent organisers
What you need to bring
- own craft and gear – craft that you are paddling in the event
- appropriate warm paddling clothing – you will be swimming
- enough food and water for your requirements for 3 hours
