Get your competency for this year’s Avon Descent with this 2-3 hour session covering all necessary competencies listed by the Avon Descent organisers.
What you need to bring
enough food and water for your requirements for 3 hours
own craft and gear – craft that you are paddling in the event
appropriate warm paddling clothing – you will be swimming
