Paddle Academy is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Instructors to help high school students learn the art of paddling.
Whether you’re skilled in canoeing, kayaking, surf ski, or ocean ski paddling, we want you on board!
You don’t need to be a member of Paddle WA or a club – just have a passion for paddling and helping young learners.

Key role requirements
This is an entry level role that requires no formal qualifications. We’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic, and committed individuals to join our team, where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.
- Competent paddling ability
- Current automatic or manual “C Class” Western Australian Driver’s Licence and vehicle or reliable means to and from designated locations.
- Current Western Australian Working With Children Check
